Arnaud Carrel
Born in Paris and raised in southwest France, Arnaud’s culinary passion ignited during an internship at the Michelin-starred La Poularde with Gilles Eteocles. After school, he trained in Mediterranean cuisine on the Côte d’Azur, working at Hôtel Cala Rossa with Chef Georges Bion and Le Tamarricciu with Eric Santalucia, who recommended him to Jean-Louis Nomicos at the two-Michelin-starred Lasserre in Paris.
For the past six years, Arnaud has been in Ibiza, refining his style and collaborating with Romain at Restaurant Orso. Now, Arnaud offers personal chef services and restaurant consulting, bringing his expertise directly to clients’ homes and new dining establishments.
Originally from France, Lucie has traveled and worked around the world. She began her hospitality career in London and has since worked in high luxury standards in America and Switzerland, including Gault&Millau and five-star resorts.
Exploring various roles such as bar, hotel reception, waitressing, and butler services, Lucie discovered private hospitality services, where she has been working for the past four years, starting in Ibiza. Her extensive knowledge and experience in delivering top-tier services create an exceptional private hospitality experience.
